The longest frontier between countries is between the u.s and Canada a distance of 3,987 miles how many weeks would it take some
Step2247 [10]
10 mins = 1 miles
1 hour = 1 x 6 = 6 miles
8 hours = 6 x 8 = 48miles

The jogger could cover 48 miles a day.

3987 ÷ 48 = 83.06 days

It takes 83.06 days to jog the length of this frontier.

83.06 days ÷ 7 = 11.87 weeks = 12 weeks (round to the nearest whole number)

It takes 12 weeks to jog the length of this frontier.

Sarah took the advertising department from her company on a round trip to meet with a potential client. Including Sarah a total
g100num [7]

Answer:

  • 7 first class
  • 9 coach

Step-by-step explanation:

Let f represent the number of first-class tickets that Sarah bought. Then she bought (16-f) coach tickets. Her total spending for airfare was ...

  1140f +160(16-f) = 9420

  980f +2560 = 9420 . . . . simplify

  980f = 6860 . . . . . . . . subtract 2560

  f = 7 . . . . . . . . . . . . . divide by 980; number of first-class tickets

  (16-f) = 9 . . . . . coach tickets

Sarah bought 7 first-class tickets and 9 coach tickets.

at the 30-60-90 triangle has rules

30=>k

60=>k(square root of) 3

90=>2k

so in this triangle 60=> see 9

k(square root of) 3=9

k=9/(square root of) 3

2k=18/(square root of) 3

at the 45-45-90 triangle rules are

45=>2k

45=>2k

90=>[2k/(square root of 3)] (square root of) 2

x=[18/(square root of 3)].(square root of 2)

x=18(square root of 2)/square root of 3
