The answer is 9 bowls of oatmeal. how I got my answer.

Its very simple, just realise that it takes 4/4 to make a whole, 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, equals 1. so since their is 2 that means their is 8 quarters, plus the extra 1/4 of milk. that means their are 9 quarters all together, which means 9 bowls of oatmeal.
