The original equation is x=10×200
Frank and the # of workers hired= # of workers+Frank
x= the total area of the field, not how much each worker has to harvest
10×20=200
9+1=10
10×200=x
Solution: B. Frank and nine workers are hired to harvest tomatoes from a field. If each of the workers is given a plot which is 10 by 20 feet in size,what is the total area of the field?

What is 5/6 divided by 1/7?
skelet666 [1.2K]

Answer:

5\frac{5}{6}

Step-by-step explanation:

To divide fractions, we multiply the first fraction by the <u>reciprocal </u>of the second fraction. (Seven over one)

\frac{5*7}{6*1} =\frac{35}{6}

Now, we convert the fraction into a mixed fraction.

\frac{35}{6}=5\frac{5}{6}

<em>The quotient of 5/6 and 1/7 is 5 5/6</em>

nata0808 [166]

Answer:

First option: 10 - (1) = 9

Second option: 10 - 5 + 4 = 5 + 4 = 9

Step-by-step explanation:

(10 -5) -4 = 5 - 4 = 1

Equivalent equation: 10 - 5 - 4 = 1

10 - (5-4) = there would be 2 ways to do this, you can either solve the equation in the bracket first or break it out. Because the sign before the bracket is minus so when you break it out, the minus sign in the bracket would become -- or equal to +

First option: 10 - (1) = 9

Second option: 10 - 5 + 4 = 5 + 4 = 9

Hope this help you:3
