 pH=pKa + log ( \frac{[CH_3COONa]}{[CH_3COOH]} )

\frac{[CH_3COOH]}{[CH_3COONa}= 10^{(pH-pKa)^{-1}}=10^{(4-4,76)^{-1}}=5,75
