CPR is unlikely to restart a heart on its own. It's meant to keep oxygenated blood flowing between the heart and brain when the heart and lungs fail.
It can be,it depends on the situation.
EX:Someone is cyber bullying a kid by posting embarrassing pictures of them.
In this case Cyber bullying would be worse than bullying directly.
EX:Someone is bullying a kid by directly abusing them.
In this case direct bullying would be worse. Because through cyber you can mostly only bully with your words. Now with direct bullying you can do much much worse.
