Knowing how to easily manipulate the people around you. Not exactly a good thing though.
Mental: self esteem is good and you feel confident
Social: meet new people if you go to a gym, can hang with your friends if you exercise with them
Spiritual: you feel like you belong
Physical: physically fit and a good body weight
Emotional: feel good aboit your emotions because you have good mental health

It depends if you want to land harder or lighter. A front handspring step out is a softer landing because your weight is distributed while a front handspring has you landing on two feet. I have been doing gymnastics for 12 years and let me tell you that a front handspring step out should be easier to do and does not hurt as bad. =)
This answer is quite tricky because it could be A (gaining control of your life) or D (performing aphysical activity).
Performing some physical activity is a very helpful way of dealing with frustrations that are major or minor. Physical activity in general has many beneficial effects (also including higher self-esteem for example).
However, if the mentioned frustration in your life is major, I would say one needs to rethink certain aspects of one's life, take a step back and see what and where should be done to improve this frustration.
For this reason I would say it's more likely that A is the answer. Hope this will help you :)
