Maria used 13.13 gallons of gas, because the 16.03 gallons she started with minus the 2.9 gallons she had left equals 13.13 gallons. You can check by adding 2.9+13.13 to equal the 16.03 she started with.

Answer:

take 16.03 and subtract 2.9

16.03-2.9=13.13

An experiment consist of rolling Two fair number cubes. find the probability of each event.
slega [8]
Probability = (number of possible successes) / (number of total possibilities).

Number of total possibilities:
Each cube can come up in 6 different ways.
Total number of possibilities = 6 x 6 = 36

Possible successes:
There are 2 different ways to roll a 3 . . .

1 . . . 2
or
2 . . . 1

The probability is 3/36 = 1/12 = 0.0833... = (8 and 1/3) percent

The production manager is going to present this information to the company's board of directors. Which graph should the manager
viktelen [127]

To best emphasize the number of defects. Manager should use graph 3 (refer the image shown):

If we talk about graph 1, it can also be used but usually we put the time line on the horizontal axis, for the convenience and the quantity to be measured on the y-axis. In the graph 1, the time is placed on the vertical axis (x-axis) so it would not be a good pick for the manager.

Same is the case with graph 2 again we have time on the vertical axis. So it is not a good idea to with graph 2.

Graph 3 could be the best to emphasize the number of defects because first of all time is placed on the horizontal axis and the quantity to be shown is on the vertical axis. Secondly, the range of the vertical axis is less so it is easy to observe the data set on the graph quite distinctively. Therefore, graph 3 is the best pick.

Graph 4 is placed correctly in terms of vertical and horizontal axes but the range of vertical axis is quite high due to which the dispersion or the display of the data is quite compressed and it gets hard to visualize.

Whoever responds first will get marked best!!!!!The Garcia family is driving from 3,272 miles from San Diego, CA ot Bar Harbor,
mojhsa [17]

Answer:

8

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that in 5 days they have travelled 2045 miles. This means that their per day average for travel is 2045/5=409 miles per day.

Now the distance left is 3272-2045=1227 miles.

And if we divide the average miles with the miles left, it gives us= 1227/409

=3

So, the total time taken for travel will be= 5+3=8 days

I guess this is the way to do it.
