\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{5}=\frac{4}{5}

If we draw one more \frac{1}{5} we will have \frac{5}{5} or 1 whole.

4) In this part the answer is in the attached image. If we have two equal segments, each one of \frac{1}{3} we will have as a result \frac{2}{3}.

If we add another \frac{1}{3} segment, we will have three segments of \frac{1}{3}, having as a result \frac{3}{3}=1

If we combine the numbers 1 and 4, we get +5 and can isolate the numbers from the variable.

This would give us

y + 5 =

2) (6*r)*7

remember that we do not have to explicitly state 6*r

Instead, we can write it as 6r

this helps us get rid of the parentheses

now we can write it as 6r * 7=
