Answer & explanation:

The role of viruses is to infect specific cells and alter their metabolism in order to produce more viruses, from which, at a certain moment, the cell "bursts". Once this happens, thousands of new viruses repeat the process in other healthy cells.

The increase in the amount of virus in a organism (viral load) consequently increases its ability to cause symptoms (virulence), at a certain point, when the viral load reaches a specific amount, the body is able to produce defenses on its own (in most cases, virus treatment occurs this way).

amm1812

The correct answer is I and IV

In the Basidiomycetes, the spores are produced externally on the end of specialized club-shaped structure called basidia. Whereas, In ascomycetes, spores are produced internally, in the sac-like structure called an ascus.  Some members of ascomycetes cause plant diseases such as powdery mildew of grape (<em>Uncinula necator</em>), chestnut blight (<em>Cryphonectria parasitica</em>), and apple scab (<em>Venturia inequalis)</em>. Memers of basidiomyctes cause smut of corn (<em>Ustilago maydis</em>), brown root rot, and coffee rust.

Hatshy [7]
According to the activation-synthesis theory of dreaming, the source of a dream is neuronal firing in the lower brain stem. It is also known as the medulla oblongata or just medulla. It is essential in processes like blood pressure and heart rate. Also, it is responsible in a number of reflexes in the body or the involuntary actions like coughing, sneezing and vomiting. It is said to contain cells that would turn REM on and off. From recent research, it is the part of the brain that is the origin of the electrical impulses where dreams are results. It is connected to other parts of the brain which controls memory, movement, hearing and vision.
