Answer:

Ag(s)

Explanation:

Metal atoms are held together by the metallic bond. The metallic bond consists of cations held together by a sea of mobile electrons.

Thus, the crystal of Ag(s) is composed of silver ions held together by a sea of mobile electrons. Electrostatic forces of attraction holds the crystal together.

The mass of an object is described in what??
inessss [21]
The mass of an object is measured in either grams or kilograms. Mass is best described as the amount of matter, or "stuff," in a solid, and is different from weight (which is the force of gravity on an object). Since mass is used with solids, it will be measured in grams or kilograms (rather than in something like liters, which would be used with the volume of a liquid). To measure mass, you can use a balance, for example a triple balance beam.

What are the effects of climate change? Answer this question integrating other topics of science.
riadik2000 [5.3K]

Answer:

»Climatic change leads to malnutrition.

e.g when its cold season, osmoregulation decreases and rate of metabolism declines.

This is because the enzymes lack that optimum temperature for their catalytic activity to take place hence improper digestion.

»Leads to promotion of predation in ecosystem.

such as reptiles e.g snakes, lizards get away from shelters on cold days since they are cold blooded, hence their predators such as animals, birds increase.

Silicon Tetrachloride is reacted with very pure magnesium, producing silicon and magnesium chloride. (What would be the unbalanc
raketka [301]
Pure magnesium's formula would just be Mg because all elements except for 7 nonmetals are just left alone when they are by themselves in a formula. The 7 diatomic elements( means they have to have two of them without another element attached to it aka. a subscript two after it when it's by itself) are hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, and iodine. An easy way to remember the diatomic seven is that when looking at a periodic table if you trace over them from nitrogen over to fluorine and down to iodine all of those elements are diatomic + hydrogen.

And your unbalanced and balanced equations are correct.

(sorry I went on a tangent with the diatomic rules hopefully it will help you in the future though)
