I do not understand one through four please help?????

You are basically taking each denominator and seeing how many are in the numerator. Like for example, if you have 12/5, then the mixed number would be 2 2/5.
So for #1 you have 7/2, so your mixed number would be 3 1/2

1.) 3 1/2 (Three and a half)
 
2.) 2 2/5 (Two and two-fifths)

3.) 1 4/7 (One and four-sevenths)

4.) 3 3/4 (Three and three fourths)
