Answer:

(4, 6)

Step-by-step explanation:

Midpoint Formula ( X₁ + X₂/2 , Y₁ + Y₂/2 )

Substitute for the x- coordinate = (6+2 / 2)

* add 6 and 2 which gives you 8.

*then divide 8 by 2

8/2=4

Substitute for the y-coordinate = (4+8 / 2)

* add 4 and 8 which gives you 12.

* then divide 12 by 2

12/2=6

Answer: (4,6)

The midpoint formula is ( x + x / 2, y + y / 2)
so....
6+ 2 = 8 / 2 = 4
4 + 8 = 12 / 2 = 6
the midpoint is (4, 6)

To Find : Maximum profit , breakeven point , profit interval

Solution:

The maximum profit the florist will earn from selling celebration bouquets is $ 675

peak of y from Graph

The florist will break-even after Selling 20 one-dollar decreases.

at breakeven

Break even is the point where the profit p(x) becomes 0

What is -(5x+6)-x=-6-6x
Veronika [31]

Answer: All real numbers are solutions.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's solve your equation step-by-step.

−(5x+6)−x=−6−6x

Step 1: Simplify both sides of the equation.

−(5x+6)−x=−6−6x

−5x+−6+−x=−6+−6x(Distribute)

(−5x+−x)+(−6)=−6x−6(Combine Like Terms)

−6x+−6=−6x−6

−6x−6=−6x−6

Step 2: Add 6x to both sides.

−6x−6+6x=−6x−6+6x

−6=−6

Step 3: Add 6 to both sides.

−6+6=−6+6

0=0

Write the ratio 42 inches to 9 feet as a fraction in simplest form. Explain why you get the same result whether you convert feet
V125BC [204]
Let's convert one of these numbers:
1 foot = 12 inches

9 feet were 9*12=108 inches

so the ratio would be 42: 108

or we can simplify it: divide by 2:
21:54

divide by 3:
7:18

A ratio always stays the same no matter the unit or currency, so it doesn't matter which unit we convert it to.
