(Currently This position is held by Nancy Pelosi)

In order to support the goals of the majority party, the speaker of the house will have to be responsible for public communication to the voters. The purpose of this public communication is to influence the voters to support the decisions made by the majority party, which will strengthen the party's chance of re-election.
