Contrary to popular belief, when children leave their home where they grew up, their mothers usually feel happy.
This is not to be taken negatively though - they are not happy to kick out their children out of the house after so many years. They are happy that their children have grown up, can take care of themselves and perhaps start their own families. Also, they might be happy to finally have some time for themselves, to focus on their own interests which may have been put aside.

Although leaders and citizens have worked for years to build peace between Israel and its neighbors, the process continues today
antoniya [11.8K]
Sometime in the mid-1970s the term peace process became widely used to describe the American-led efforts to bring about a negotiated peace between Israel and its neighbors. The phrase stuck, and ever since it has been synonymous with the gradual, step-by-step approach to resolving one of the world's most difficult conflicts. In the years since 1967 the emphasis in Washington has shifted from the spelling out of the ingredients of "peace" to the "process" of getting there. … Much of US constitutional theory focuses on how issues should be resolved – the process – rather than on substance – what should be done. … The United States has provided both a sense of direction and a mechanism. That, at its best, is what the peace process has been about. At worst, it has been little more than a slogan used to mask the marking of time.[2]

When she is angry or stressed, jackie confides in her best friend rather than her husband. which of gottman's marriage principle
zzz [600]
The correct answer is tuning toward each other instead of away.
When Jackie confides in her best friend, her husband may feel a bit left out of their life. According to Gottman and his theory, she should also let her husband know about her feelings, and not only her friend, because otherwise this may cause problems in their marriage and alienate them from each other.
