Rational means it can be expressed as fractions with integer numerator and denominator.

Integer means counting number, zero, and negative of counting number.

Whole number is just counting number.

So π is not rational, so π cannot be integer thus it also cannot be whole number

Therefore π is irrational.

What is the volume of the sphere that has a diameter of 3? use 3.14 for pie
aev [14]

Hey ! there

Answer:

  • <u>1</u><u>1</u><u>3</u><u>.</u><u>0</u><u>4</u><u> </u><u>unit </u><u>cube</u>

Step-by-step explanation:

In this question we are provided with a sphere <u>having</u><u> </u><u>radius </u><u>3 </u><u>units </u>and <u>value </u><u>of </u><u>π </u><u>is </u><u>3.</u><u>1</u><u>4</u><u> </u><u>.</u><u> </u>And we're asked to find the<u> </u><u>volume</u><u> of</u><u> </u><u>sphere</u><u> </u><u>.</u>

For finding volume of sphere , we need to know its formula . So ,

\qquad \qquad \: \underline{\boxed{ \frak{Volume_{(Sphere)} =  \dfrac{4}{3} \pi r {}^{3} }}}

<u>Where</u><u> </u><u>,</u>

  • π refers to <u>3.</u><u>1</u><u>4</u>

  • r refers to <u>radius</u><u> of</u><u> sphere</u>

<u>Sol</u><u>u</u><u>tion </u><u>:</u><u> </u><u>-</u>

Now , we are substituting value of π and radius in the formula ,

\quad \longrightarrow \qquad \: \dfrac{4}{3}   \times 3.14 \times (3) {}^{3}

Simplifying it ,

\quad \longrightarrow \qquad \: \dfrac{4}{3}  \times 3.14 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3

Cancelling 3 with 3 :

\quad \longrightarrow \qquad \: \dfrac{4}{ \cancel{3}}  \times 3.14 \times 3 \times 3 \times  \cancel{3}

We get ,

\quad \longrightarrow \qquad \:4 \times 3.14 \times 9

Multiplying 4 and 3.14 :

\quad \longrightarrow \qquad \:12.56 \times 9

Multiplying 12.56 and 9 :

\quad \longrightarrow \qquad \:    \pink{\underline{\boxed{\frak{113.04  \: unit \: cube}}}} \quad \bigstar

  • <u>Henceforth</u><u> </u><u>,</u><u> </u><u>volume</u><u> </u><u>of</u><u> </u><u>sphere</u><u> </u><u>having </u><u>radius </u><u>3 </u><u>units </u><u>is </u><em><u>1</u></em><em><u>1</u></em><em><u>3</u></em><em><u> </u></em><em><u>.</u></em><em><u>0</u></em><em><u>4</u></em><em><u> </u></em><em><u>units </u></em><em><u>cube </u></em><em><u>.</u></em>

Answer:

900 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Use the formula for interior angles

Sum = (n - 2) x 180

Sum = (7 - 2) x 180

Sum = 5 x 180

Sum = 900 degrees

You roll a number cube twice first roll is a four second roll I roll a even number is that a defendant or independent situation
Katyanochek1 [597]
Independent because the ratio of the second cube is the same (1:6), and it isn't affected by the result of the first cube

Six friends attend a party. They form pairs for a game. How many different pairs are possible?
Leona [35]

Pairs, in this case, relates to a group of 2 or more. We have 6 friends. Let's call them A,B,C,D,E,F. This will allow us to make a [some sort of] combination tree:

1. ABC against DEF

2. ABD against CEF

3. ABE against CDF

4. ABF against CDE

5. ACD against BFE

6. ACE against BDF

7. ACF against BDE

8. ADE against BCF

9. ADF against BCE

10. AEF against BCD

I believe there are 12 combinations... I just can't think of the last 2 though.
