ANSWER: = $16.18

STEP-BY-STEP EXPLANATION

1.8 x $3.95 = $ 7.11 (ham)

2.15 x $0.89 =  $1.91 (onion)

8 x $1.05 = $8.04 (soup)

tax $0.87

add it all together = $17.06

coupon $ 1.75

17.06 - 1.75 = 15.31

subtract coupon = $15.31

plus tax $16.18

Related to ur last question......food totaled 17.42

17.42 - 1.75 = 15.67...this is with the coupon added
15.67 + 0.87 = 16.54....this is the final total....with tax included

so ur answer is 16.54
