A hypothetical poison prevents nucleoli from carrying out their functions. Which organelles would be affected by this poison? Wh
DanielleElmas [232]
THe answer to this question would be: ribosome.

Ribosome function is in protein synthesis. To do synthesis a protein, it will need an RNA with a specific structure. The RNA is made from the nucleus, so if nucleus can copy their DNA into RNA, the protein synthesis will not be able to be executed.

Why is it necessary to equalize water levels in the buret and the leveling funnel?
DedPeter [7]
So that the pressure will be at constant. If the water level will have raised up in the graduated tube directly above the water level in the burets and levelling funnels, the pressure on the trapped gas is no longer at usual atmospheric pressure. It produces a tapping effect on the locked in gas therefore dropping the pressure. If the burets and levelling funnels will be dropped below water level the reverse effect is produced.
