The nepal becomes country with people not land as we have open border policy where checking is done just like other border.The India government open market near to border so that Nepalese buy goods without tax. This kind of things really destroyed concept of open border . The nepal should open border with only some states not whole state of India as madhesi people have language n culture similarities with Bihari people. So this sentiment should be maintained to border just like that Nepalese government used regional development to show world that Nepalese government are doing something for people but in reality it was nothing .
