Let say that the edge length of a cube is x. The surface area is ,. Now if we take five times the x (5x) we get that the surface area is . We see that indeed, the surface are changes not by a factor of ten but 5. But then again, if you really mean <em>factor</em> of 10. Then it will be True, as 10 is divisible by 5. There you need to decide for yourself :)
