Is it best to be very flexible, moderately flexible, or not flexible (muscle stiffness) when participating in sport/exercises? E

xplain.
I would assume the answer to be very flexible, or at least moderately flexible, but I don't know for sure. It would be greatly appreciated if someone with more experience could help clear this up for me.

Answer:

It is best to be very flexible so that you don't have any problems later in life. I speak from experience considering the fact i have sat infront of a computer for three years and barley leaving the house.

It depends on how the relationship is going, if this relationship is a toxic situation it will definitely effect your health. Some of the symptoms are always stressed, extreme anxiety, mood changes and sleeping problems. To fix this, simply cut off the other person or if possible, try to fix things.
