Answer:

STAT is a high need and required rapidly for successful treatment of the patient. STAT in ER ought to be first yet we have two STATS in the ER, along these lines we need to provide need arranged by the tube. Detail blood culture on ER persistent is the first in light of the fact that the tube is yellow top tube. Second, STAT hemoglobin and hematocrit in the ER with the lavender top tube. Lavender is after light blue, however it is STAT in the ER before glucose or light blue top tube. Last one is the glucose in ICU with the light blue tube.

The following assignment is a reflection of something you do. Your first step is to do something to help another person practice
KiRa [710]

1 a) I chose a close male friend who is a computer professional.

b) The reason why I chose him is that I know his daily schedule and his lifestyle habits as well.

c) Knowing that he is a computer professional, he tends to spend a lot of time on the chair, in front of the computer screen. For the same reason, he has almost no flexibility and has limited time and interest to stretch his joints. Hence, the health practice that I'd be initiating with him would be various stretches that he can do, to flex and use his joints and other muscles as well.

Explanation:

Stretching is a way of keeping muscles and body parts toned as well as healthy and smooth in use. It keeps the joints active, subtle and active for a longer period.

2) Keeping my friend's sedentary physical lifestyle in view, I planned out a series of stretches which could be practiced daily without spending too much extra time on it and would activate his joints and muscles, which ultimately would keep them active, healthy and lead to an overall toned body.

For the same, series of stretches that were put into practice for him were:

 • Wrist rotation: this would make the wrist more relaxed as otherwise, the position of the wrist tends to be the same throughout the day, as he keeps being on the computer screen.
 • Neck rotation: Doing a full circle clockwise and anti-clockwise. This activates the spine as well as releases the shoulders from stiffness.
 • Standing bend over: This stretches the hamstrings and activates the internal organs of the stomach, thus activating the midsection of the body as well.
 • Calf stretches: As the name suggests, it flexes the calves, which otherwise are least used when one keeps sitting.
 • Foot rotation: Similar to neck rotation, this would be rotating the foot in both, clock and anti-clockwise. This relaxes the lower body without much exertion.

These many stretches would be fine for him for an initial period which would help him activate as well relax his joints and muscles.

As the series would not be too time-consuming, he took to doing the same during then start of the day and kept doing it at intervals when he felt stressed out or fatigued.
