t is the number of hours Lamar worked as a tutor
We know that he worked for 92 hours total, so he worked 92-t hours as a waiter.

So his earnings are: 7t + 8(92-t) = 736 -t dollars

This expression seems logical as if Lamar worked 0 hours as a tutor and 92 as a waiter his earnings would be 8*92 = 736
If he worked as a tutor for 92 hours it would be 7*92= 644
736-92= 644
So our expression seems to be working.

Answer:

\frac{6}{5x^{10}}

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Simplify square roots

√72 = 6√2

√50 = 5√2

So, \frac{x^86\sqrt{2} }{x^{18}5\sqrt{2} }

Step 2: Cancel like terms

\frac{6}{x^{10}(5)}

Step 3: Rewrite

Softa [21]

Answer:

B is correct

Step-by-step explanation:

The person is mentioned is Phil. His amount of money and number of miles are proportionally related (Clark's amount of money and number of miles are not proportionally related due to initial donation)

For Phil, y = ax is his model.

Look into the graph, we can see there is a point where y = 30 and x = 4.

Then rate = 30/4 = 7.5

Explain why the rules called the algebraic order of operations are necessary for computation
AfilCa [17]

The rules are necessary, so that there is agreement as to how to evaluate an expression. By having rules, and having everyone follow the rules, an expression can have only one single correct value. If there are no rules, then different people will interpret the expression differently, and will get different values for its evaluation.
