An adolescent girl has decided to adhere to a vegan diet. Her lunch consists of a tossed green salad that contains celery, tomat
worty [1.4K]

She doesn't seem to have many, I am vegan, albeit, not a poster one but a good way to incorporate plant protein in to your diet is to eat beans like chickpeas, blackbeans, lentils tofu and tempeh dishes. Or even just high protein vegan snacks(not as a bigger part of her diet though). I'd also ask and make sure she was taking her vitamins(ie; B-12, etc).lol hope this helps!

How should the golas for a beginner differ from some one who’s more advanced in a physical activity plan
Harlamova29_29 [7]

You can’t reach an advanced goal if you have no experience with what comes before it.

Explanation:

If any of that makes sense then I’m glad I could help
