The question is worded kind of unclearly, but I will do what I can. If you are trying to figure out how much milk you can make with 32 gallons of syrup, it would be 16 since 32/2 is 16. If you are trying to figure out how much dairy is needed, then it would be 112 because 32/2 is 16, and 7(16) is 112. I hope this helped!
