The project is called the Green Bronx Machine, and the idea has reached other parts of the country. This is the creation of professor Stephen Ritz, a teacher of a high school in South Bronx, New York, who had an idea to cultivate fresh food as a school project to teach students the importance of taking care of the environment and to have the proper nutrition to increase the student's health.
