The character in the part of the book can be described as careless, I did a assignment like this once and that's what I wrote and I passed but it may be different.
First of all let’s ignore the massive amount of propaganda there is in this paragraph. The pathos is the fact that it tries to sway you by saying that people aren’t going to be able to find a doctor when in need and logos by saying that private insurance people will lose their jobs due to there not being a need for private insurance.
