Mahatma Gandhi was widely known as a human rights activist who fought against the British colonialism of India.

In his attempt to agitate for Indian independence and fight against British oppression, Mahatma Gandhi resulted in "simple living" by always meditating, reflecting about life and playing with kids, lending hands to the poor and oppressed, wearing only wrappers as clothes, and constantly praying among others.

While doing these things, his main goal which is considered "high thinking" is his belief and devotion to a world with no violence, peaceful resistance to British rule in India, and giving hope to the oppressed.
