Start by drinking water when you are hungry.
Your body may feel hungry but often times a cup of water will do the trick.

I don't mean skip meals. But perhaps you just ate lunch and are wanting that bag of chips, substitute the water for the chips.

According to the article, which pattern of brain waves is most conducive to studying new information?
mr Goodwill [35]

Answer:

Alpha brain waves are those most conducive to studying new information. When consciously alert, we generally function along a beta brain rhythm. In diminishing this rhythm to alpha, we transition into a state of physical and mental relaxation that is ideal for learning new information and storing facts and data.

All of you sleeping??????????????

For how long can a human sleep
lbvjy [14]
Mark Brainliest please

There are a lot of weird sleep-related world records out there. From the longest line of human-mattress dominoes—2016 'dominoes' and took 14 minutes for all of them to fall—to the most people served breakfast in bed at once—418 people in 113 beds set up on the lawn of a Sheraton Hotel in China. But there's one record that remains elusive: who holds the record for longest consecutive slumber?

Tough to call

The length of time someone is actually asleep is pretty tough to measure, which is what has kept the official title out of the hands of sleepers around the world. That doesn't mean, however, that there have been no valiant attempts—though they don't really count as real sleep.

In October of 2017, Wyatt Shaw from Kentucky fell asleep for 11 days. He was just seven years old and doctors ran several tests with no conclusive explanations. Wyatt did wake up with cognitive impairment, particularly when walking and talking, but made a full recovery after treatment with drugs typically used in seizure management.

In 1959, UK hypnotist Peter Powers put himself under a hypnotic sleep for eight straight days. It made quite the splash in European media and radio shows, but doesn't quite count as sleeping.

The idea behind _____________ is that people of the same generation have many experiences in common, therefore are similar in so
vitfil [10]

Answer:

Cohort marketing.

Explanation:

When it comes to marketing, the term "cohort" refers to specific experiences, events or other factors shared by a group of consumers. These cohorts are used to identify and target segments of the market that, although they may fit into other models, are more effectively grouped and treated as one.

Cohorts are the things that separate specific groups of people even within their demographic groupings. For example, men between the ages of 55 and 70 are a demographic grouping. Men between the ages of 55 and 70 who share the experience of having served in the Navy on board aircraft carriers are a cohort. Cohorts are far more specific than standard demographic groupings and as such are a valuable tool for precisely targeted marketing campaigns and niche businesses.
