Sindrei [870]

Answer:

- Yes, They agree

Step-by-step explanation:

Do Rachel and Dylan argree?

- Yes, They agree

Prove your answer using the values of the ratio.

100 of your friends listen to it

- Total Number = 100

Rachel said the ratio of the number of the people who liked the playlist to the number of people who did not like the playlist is 75:25.

The ratio can be simplifies further by diving all through by 25;

75/25  : 25/25

3 : 1

Dylan said that for every three people who liked the playlist, one person did not.

This simplifies to 3 : 1.

Same thing with what rachel said, so they both agree

I really need help with these questions, 5 STARS AND BRAINLIEST FOR WHOEVER HAS THE BEET ANSWER!!
zvonat [6]
1) y=(7/2)x-2.
Slope is the coefficient of x, that is 7/2

Intercept x is the value of x when y = 0 ==> 0=(7/2) X - 2==> 7/2x=2 &x=4/7
so intercept  x, (4/7,0)

Intercept y is the value of y when x=0 ==> y= (7/2).(0) - 2 ==> y = 2
and so intercept  y, (0,-2)

Now you will follow the same logic to find the are same questions

2) y= -6x + 3 ==>Slope= -6, Intercept x =1/2 & intercept y=3

3) y=-5 has a slope 0 (it doesn't exist). The graph is a line // to x-axis at y=-5

4)y=(6/5)x + 1:==>Slope= -5/6, Intercept x =-5/6 & intercept y=1

5) y=(1/4)x + 2 ==>Slope= 1/4, Intercept x =-8  & intercept y=2

6) x=5, this ligne is // to y axis at x=-5

Absolute Bagels makes bagels using two different recipes, one recipe for regular bagels
shutvik [7]

Answer:

At its most basic, traditional bagel dough contains wheat flour (without germ or bran), salt, water, and yeast leavening. Bread flour or other high gluten flours are preferred to create the firm, dense but spongy bagel shape and chewy texture.

Step-by-step explanation:

A bagel (Yiddish: בײגל, romanized: beygl; Polish: bajgiel; also historically spelled beigel)[1] is a bread product originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. It is traditionally shaped by hand into the form of a ring from yeasted wheat dough, roughly hand-sized, that is first boiled for a short time in water and then baked. The result is a dense, chewy, doughy interior with a browned and sometimes crisp exterior. Bagels are often topped with seeds baked on the outer crust, with the traditional ones being poppy and sesame seeds. Some may have salt sprinkled on their surface, and there are different dough types, such as whole-grain and rye.

The earliest known mention of a boiled-then-baked ring-shaped bread can be found in a 13th-century Arabic cookbook, where they are referred to as ka'ak.[4] Today, bagels are widely associated with Ashkenazi Jews from the 17th century; it was first mentioned in 1610 in Jewish community ordinances in Kraków, Poland.Bagel-like bread known as obwarzanek was common earlier in Poland as seen in royal family accounts from 1394.

Bagels are now a popular bread product in North America and Poland, especially in cities with a large Jewish population, many with alternative ways of making them. Bagels are also sold (fresh or frozen, often in many flavors) in supermarkets.

The basic roll-with-a-hole design is hundreds of years old and has other practical advantages besides providing more even cooking and baking of the dough: The hole could be used to thread string or dowels through groups of bagels, allowing easier handling and transportation and more appealing seller displays.

1st question: Reuben received 80 dollars. Write a signed number to represent this change.
lesya692 [45]

Answer:

1) +80

2) -1520

Step-by-step explanation:

Positive Signed numbers are used in real world situations to indicate the increase. Examples include; increase in weight, deposit of money into an account, increase in income, profit, height above sea level, etc. They are all represented by positive signed numbers.

Whereas, negative signed numbers show decrease. Examples include; loss of weight, withdrawal of money from an account, loans, liabilities, losses, temperature below zero degrees, height below sea level.

1) We are told that Reuben received 80 dollars. Thus, it means he received an increase in the amount of money he already had. Thus, the signed number will be +80.

2) We are told that A car corporation produced 1520 fewer cars this month than last.

Thus, the signed number will be negative since there is a decrease in number of cars.

Thus, signed number = -1520
