You should not drink alcohol before the legal age, and there are many reasons why. Firstly, alcohol has very negative affects on your body, and can stunt your growth in large amounts. Secondly, it is not worth the trouble you can get in, there are many bad people who will take advantage of anyone, you could get things stolen! Lastly, it is not tasty at all, alcohol is disgusting, and it makes people like and pee everywhere.

You're assessing a pulse and the result is not what you expected. What do you do? PLS HELP I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE HELPFUL ANSW
Agata [3.3K]

Answer:

A normal adult pulse will beat regularly between 60 and 100 times each minute at rest; in babies and children they are much faster. Pulses are usually easily palpable; patients with a weak or unstable pulse should be assessed further; weak pulses indicate reduced cardiac output and can progress to deterioration, for example fainting, or perhaps a more serious problem. Ensure the patient is relaxed and the relative position of the chosen site is equal to, or lower than, the level of the heart

Which of the following are examples of liability scenarios in health care? Check all of the boxes that apply.
Dominik [7]

Answer:

A nurse ignores part of the employer's patient safety policy, A doctor forgets to ask a patient if he has any allergies to medications.

Explanation:

Both of these are liability scenarios in health care because the actions of both the nurse and doctor puts the patient at risk, which is a liability. For example, the nurse puts the patient's safety at risk by ignoring the safety policy. The doctor also puts the patient at risk for having an allergy attack by forgetting to ask for the patient's allergies.
