To get better at muscular endurance you have to push your muscular endurance by lots of reps with difficult exercises. First gain muscle and then use your muscles a lot in the weight room or gym. Over time you should be gaining muscle and you can track this by the skin fold caliper test. Do this every week or two and you should be seeing a change in your numbers. To track your muscular endurance, you can write down your reps and amount of weight and track this once a week as well. This will also help you see the change in numbers and hep track your improvement.
