Over time you should be gaining muscle and you can track this by the skin fold caliper test. Do this every week or two and you should be seeing a change in your numbers. To track your muscular endurance, you can write down your reps and amount of weight and track this once a week as well. This will also help you see the change in numbers and hep track your improvement.
