Answer: 400

(25 + 8)^2 − (8^2 + 25^2)

= (33)^2 − (64 + 625)

= 1089 − 689

= 400

Remember:

•follow the BEDMAS or PEDMAS rule
•always go from left to right

Note: the steps could’ve been broken down further but since working on the right side won’t change the left side, in this case, it was just a faster way of showing the results.

The diameter of a circle is 13 cm. What is the radius of the circle?
nikklg [1K]

Answer:

The Radius is 6.5 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the diameter of a circle is a line that begins on one point of a circle and ends on the opposite side. We also know that the radius is a point on the circle that starts from that point and ends at the center. Therefore, the radius would be half the diameter.

13/2 = 6.5

Hope this helped :D!

Simplify 15 to the 18th power over 15 to the 3rd power.
worty [1.4K]
The rule for quotients of similar bases with different exponents is:

(a^c)/(a^b)=a^(c-b)  in this case:

15^18/(15^3)=15^15
