Answer:

The Fourteen Points were proposals announced by President Woodrow Wilson on 8 January 1918 in a speech to the Congress, aimed to end World War I.

The points aimed to establish a national right of self-determination, which led to border changes in many of the great powers, as well as the establishment of a number of new states in Europe after the war, such as Hungary and Finland. Nevertheless, the victor did not take into account ethnic differences in many of the new areas they now established, which would later lead to conflicts, such as in Yugoslavia. Furthermore, several million Germans also became citizens of the Czechoslovak Sudetenland, which later became a source of conflict in the run-up to World War II.

Thepotemich [5.8K]

Answer:

The fine details surrounding the invention of one of the United States' favorite snack foods are somewhat hazy. There are several different claims on how the potato chip was invented, but some evidence shows a man named George Crum, a cook and restaurateur was said to have come up with the idea for the tasty crisp.

Born by the name of George Speck in 1824 in Saratoga Lake, New York, Crum was the son of an African American father and Native American mother, a member of the Huron tribe. He professionally adopted the name "Crum," as it was the name his father used in his career as a jockey. As a young man, Crum worked as a guide in the Adirondack Mountains and as an Indian trader. Eventually, he came to realize that he possessed exceptional talent in the culinary arts.

Orlov [11]

Answer:

it is C because it talks about professional

Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question this seems to be an example of the loss of professional autonomy. This term refers to the ability of a professional being independent and self-directing, mostly in making decisions, as it gives professionals the ability to make judgement calls based on their beliefs and experience. Since in this situation the professionals are not given the freedom to initiate courses of action then we can say that they have lost their professional autonomy.
