The answer is D. If you read it, it's saying what wouldn't the ethical reservists say about it? They believe it is harmful to life, so they wouldn't bring up the benefits of it.

D) Researchers could use embryonic stem cells to find the cure to many disorders and illnesses.

Curing disorders and illnesses is a good thing and so advocates against stem-cell usage wouldn't want to use this claim.
