At what frequency should a 200-turn, flat coil of cross sectional area of 300 cm2 be rotated in a uniform 30-mT magnetic field t
stellarik [79]

Answer:

The frequency of the coil is 7.07 Hz

Explanation:

Given;

number of turn of the coil, N = 200 turn

area of the coil, A = 300 cm² = 0.03 m²

magnitude of magnetic field, B = 30 mT = 0.03 T

maximum value of induced emf, E = 8 V

The maximum induced emf in the coil is given by;

E = NBAω

E = NBA(2πf)

f = \frac{E_{max}}{2\pi*NBA}

where;

f is the frequency of the coil

f = \frac{E_{max}}{2\pi*NBA}\\\\f = \frac{8}{2\pi(200)(0.03)(0.03)} \\\\f = 7.07 \ Hz

Therefore, the frequency of the coil is 7.07 Hz

a bag of sugar is found to have the same weight on planet earth as an identical bag of dry sawdust on planet Jupiter explain why
disa [49]

Answer:

Because Jupiter is a much larger planet than Earth, its gravitational pull is 240% stronger than that of earth. This is why sawdust, which is lighter than its equivalent measure of sugar would weigh more on Jupiter.

Explanation:

Let's assume that a type of bag can contain 50 kilograms of sugar. If that same bag was filled up with sawdust instead, it would weigh far less than 50Kg.

If that bag of sawdust, on earth weighed 35Kg for instance, on Jupiter, the new weight would be:

35Kg x 2.4 = 84Kg

Put differently, Jupiter simply has a stronger gravitational pull than earth. This extra pull is attributed to its size.

Cheers

A ball is dropped from a window and takes two seconds to reach the ground .it starts from rest and reaches a final speed of 20m/
Akimi4 [234]
The ball can't reach the speed of 20 m/s in two seconds, unless you THROW it down from the window with a little bit of initial speed. If you just drop it, then the highest speed it can have after two seconds is 19.6 m/s .

If an object starts from rest and its speed after 2 seconds is 20 m/s, then its acceleration is 20/2 = 10 m/s^2 .

(Gravity on Earth is only 9.8 m/s^2.)

Which unit of measurement should be used for the vertical axis? A. kg B. cm C. mL D. s
forsale [732]

Without knowing what kind of data you're trying to show on the graph,
and without knowing what 'kg', 'cm', 'mL', or 's' actually mean, it's really
hard to make any recommendation.
