Answer:

Yes.

Explanation:

Yes, there has been no declared war since World War II, yet the US has been almost constantly engaged in military action because United States want to control the whole world and main his supremacy. So for that reason, United States is constantly engaged in military actions which cost them a lot on the economy. Congress “authorizing the President to use force” means to use the force for defending its own interests while declaring war is a full fledged war against country or community. President bears more responsibility in each case because he is the head of the country. Declaring war needs more resources and money for the war and soldiers which greatly effect the economy of the country while using force for a particular mission does not need more resources and money so using force is better than declaring war.

Casualties at the Battle of Okinawa and Iwo Jima
Agata [3.3K]

Casualty rates at the Battle of Okinawa and Iwo Jima plays a small role in the justification of dropping the atomic bomb, and is by no means the only justification or even the major justification in using the atomic bomb. They were, after all, only used as a statistical report through the casualty per sq. mile report of what can occur when invading the mainland. So yes, it may be a  means towards the justification, but as the justification itself it is not.

President George bush's popularity fell in 1991 and 1992 mainly because of...
Mila [183]
Answer is A. During the campaign for presidency, Bush promised not to raise taxes. When the economy started to tank, he had no choice but to do so. The War with Sadaam in Kuwait was viewed as a major success. The USSR fell in 91, which was a huge help to stop the spread of communism. The pollution thing I'm not so sure about, but most of the time, if the economy is bad, the pres is blamed, and in 91-92, the economy was bad.
