Given:

Free ice cream maker to anyone who spends at least $100 on buckets of ice cream and frozen yogurt.

Each bucket of ice cream costs $7.28

Each bucket of frozen yogurt costs $8.21.

To find:

The inequality represents number of ice cream and frozen yogurt that she may buy in addition to get a free ice cream maker.

Solution:

Let i be the number of buckets of ice cream and y be the number of buckets of frozen yogurt.

According to the question, total amount spend on both must be greater than or equal to $100 to get a free ice cream maker.

7.28i+8.21y\geq 100

8.21y\geq 100-7.28i

Divide both sides by 8.21.

y\geq \dfrac{100-7.28i}{8.21}

Therefore, the required inequality is y\geq \dfrac{100-7.28i}{8.21}.

Answer:

  d. m∠Q = 75 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of the angles in a triangle is 180°. This triangle is marked to show it is an isosceles triangle, so the two base angles have the same measure.

  ∠P +∠Q +∠R = 180°

  x° +(2x +15)° +(2x +15)° = 180°

  5x = 150 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . divide by °, subtract 30

  x = 30 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . divide by 5

  m∠Q = (2x +15)° = (2(30) +15)°

  m∠Q = 75°

Solve for n:<br> 3⁄5 · n = 6
garik1379 [7]

Answer:

n = 10

Step-by-step explanation:

Solve for n:

(3 n)/5 = 6

Multiply both sides of (3 n)/5 = 6 by 5/3:

(5×3 n)/(3×5) = 5/3×6

5/3×3/5 = (5×3)/(3×5):

(5×3)/(3×5) n = 5/3×6

5/3×6 = (5×6)/3:

(5×3 n)/(3×5) = (5×6)/3

(5×3 n)/(3×5) = (3×5)/(3×5)×n = n:

n = (5×6)/3

6/3 = (3×2)/3 = 2:

n = 5×2

5×2 = 10:

Answer:  n = 10

There are two possible triangles with the measures given for triangle ABC. b = 20.2, c = 18.3, C = 38°
inna [77]
Ok
First use the sine rule to find one value

b / sin B = c / sin C
20.2 / sin B  =  18.3 / sin 38

sinB =  20.2 * sin 38  / 18.3   =  0.6796
m < B = 42.8 degrees

the other possible measure is 180 - 42.8 =  137.2 degrees
