It's the one on the bottom left that says 5ft and 3ft, they're the same shape and ratio just turned around. It's also the square that says 6ft and 10ft because its only two times bigger than the original and has similar proportions.

So it’s pretty easy actually all you have to do is for instance all you have to do is if one shape has 3 feet on one side in another shape has 3 feet on the same side that the other shape does that goes in the similar in the other box which is not similar like if The numbers have a significant difference in that goes in the summer the last box in the middle box are the ones that for instance if it’s 3 feet and 5 feet that goes in the middle box. I hope that helps!

crimeas [40]

Answer: The expression that represents the area of Mary's new garden =2x^2

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of a square is given by x^2, where x is the length of one side. The length of the other side is also x. In a square, all sides are equal. each of the four sides equal x

Area = x × x

Area = x^2

She decided to double the area of her garden

New area = 2(x × x)

New area = 2x^2

The expression that represents the area of Mary's new garden =2x^2

Write the inequality that is represented by the number line below use x as your variable
Mrrafil [7]

Answer:

-4 < x < 2

Step-by-step explanation:

  • -4 is where the first point begins.

-4

  • since the point is "open", aka not shaded, it should be "<"

-4 <

  • we now have to insert the given variable, x

-4 < x

  • the second, ending point, is also "open"

-4 < x <

  • the ending point lands on 2

-4 < x < 2

hopefully this answers your question. but a little fyi, this is simply the way i learned it, so it may/may not be what you exactly need :)

If someone can solve this plss
max2010maxim [7]

Answer:

The answer is -33.

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve the given equation we will follow the PEDMAS rule.

PEDMAS stands for :

  • \purple\star P = Parentheses
  • \purple\star E = Exponents
  • \purple\star M = Multiplication
  • \purple\star D = Division
  • \purple\star A = Addition
  • \purple\star S = Subtraction

Solving the question by PEDMAS rule :

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{29 - \bigg\{ - 36 - \Big( - 27 - 31\Big) + 40\bigg\}}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{29 - \bigg\{ - 36 - \Big( - 58\Big) + 40\bigg\}}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{29 - \bigg\{ - 36  + 58 + 40\bigg\}}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{29 - \bigg\{ - 36  + 98\bigg\}}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{29 - \Big\{  \: 62 \: \Big\}}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{29 -  62}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}{\implies{\sf{ - 33}}}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}  \star{\underline{\boxed{\sf{\red{ - 33}}}}}\end{gathered}

Hence, the answer is -33.

Long leg = 8 → opposite
short leg = 6 → adjacent
hypotenuse = ?

8² + 6² = c²
64 + 36 = c²
100 = c²
√100 = √c²
10 = c

sin ∠BOC = opposite / hypotenuse
sin ∠BOC = 8 / 10
sin ∠BOC = 0.80

tan ∠BOC = opposite / adjacent
tan ∠BOC = 8 / 6
tan ∠BOC = 1.33
