So I know from repeating this over and over that 0.3 repeating is 1/3, so I can assume that the answer is B, but another way to solve is to divide each numerator in each answer choice by the denominator. For example, 1 divided by 3 is 0.3 repeating. 2 divided by 3 is 0.6 repeating, and so on. Dividing this way puts it's fraction into decimal form. Since 2 divided by 3 is 0.6 repeating, B is the answer.

A regular pyramid has a regular polygon base and a __over the center of the base
Rufina [12.5K]

Answer: Vertex

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this exercise you must keep on mind the definitions shown below:

1. By definition, a regular pyramid is a right pyramid whose base is a regular polygon.

2. By definition, a regular polygon is a polygon whose sides have equal lenghts.

3. By definition the apex (which is the vertex at the tip of the pyramid) of a right pyramid lies directly above the center of the base.

Therefore, keeping the above on mind, you can conclude that:

A regular pyramid has a regular polygon base and a Vertex over the center of the base.

Gavyn, Pip and Mark share £102 in a ratio 1:2:3. How much money does each person get?
rosijanka [135]

Answer:

see explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

sum the parts of the ratio , 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 parts

divide the amount by 6 to find the value of one part of the ratio

£102 ÷ 6 = £17 ← value of 1 part of the ratio , then

2 parts = 2 × £17 = £34

3 parts = 3 × £17 = £51

Gavyn gets £17

Pip gets £34

Mark gets £51
