But, if then you went home and ate a greasy burger or microwaved meal, you pretty much gain all of the weight back and probably even more. However, if you ate a healthy and nutritious lunch, it would probably give you more energy, improve your diet, and sustain your metabolism. To lose weight in a healthy way, there must be a balance in your diet and physical activity.
