Answer: Health is the state of physical, mental, and social well being.

Explanation:

The assessment of the healthy society can be done by keeping in mind the parameters that are required to be checked upon the population like physical, mental and social health. The physical and mental health can be checked upon by routine check up like blood pressure check, weight, skin, assessment of any kind of chronic disease like chronic heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, and others. The less incidences of chronic and pandemic ailments can be considered in saying that the population is healthy.  The community is said to be healthy when majority of the population is free from obesity, anemia, free from social disputes in the neighborhood, clean ambience, and pollution free surroundings.
