1 + 1 = 2

At first, I thought that the 1 and the other 1 meant a ten and a one, so I decided it would be 11. But soon, a classmate of mine told me it was 25. I divided it with 1 and it is divisible! And since division is also changing the numbers, I figured it would be correct that it is 25. But as I worked it out, I realized that the answer was 2. Because if you put 1 stick and add another 1, you will get 2

Hope it helped!

Zina [86]
The answer is A.) 500 Year books.

The profit they would gain from each year book would be $28 since each year book costs $7 to make and sells for $35. You would simply divide 14,000 by 28 to find how many books they would need to sell in order to get their investment back which would be 500 books.

Hope this helps.
