Why is it important to ensure that your own personal attitudes or beliefs do not influence or obstruct the quality of care you o
scZoUnD [109]
It is very important to not let your personal attitude get in the way of your work. You are there to potentially save their life or at least help them, and you're not there to discuss politics or neighbors, etc. You will deal with people from all walks of life, and you cannot let your differing opinions get in the way of the work that needs to be done. You should never try to enforce your beliefs on anybody, especially people that are in your care or that you work with. You should just try your best to help and accept that we all have differing opinions. Hope this helps! :)
