Answer:

Joe jumped farther because 60in is greater than 58in

Step-by-step explanation:

First you need to convert 4ft 10in into just inches in order to compare distances:

there are 12in per foot so 4(12)= 48 add the 10 in =58in

Joe jumped 60in and Omar jumper 58in

Joe jumped farther. All you have to do is convert omars jump into inches. so 4 (number of feet) x 12 (inches in a foot) = 48 inches, then you would add on the 10 inches he jumped. Joe=60 and Omar=59

Help Now <br> Find The Lateral Area Of The Prism
Zina [86]

Answer:

Lateral Area = 176 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

The prism is a rectangular prism

Formula for Lateral Area of the rectangular prism = 2(l + b)*h

Where,

Length (l) = 4 cm

Breadth (b) = 4 cm

Height (h) = 11 cm

Plug in the values

Lateral Area = 2(4 + 4)*11

= 2(8)*11

= 16*11

= 176 cm²
