4.  all for angles need to equal 360
  90 +90 + 42 = 222
360-222 = 138
y = 138 degrees
 x - 42 degrees


6. x = arctan(8/4) = 63.43 degrees ( round as needed)
  y =  16 / tan(63) = 8.15 ( round as needed)
