Answer:

I felt that dude. I have similar problems with my mom (not gonna say what).

It starts counting as an actual threat when it is repeated and continuously said. Also if he has the actual capabilities of doing so and begins to act on them.

If you can, when he is calm- maybe ease into asking him about it. See what he says.

I don't know if you have a mom, parents are divorced, whatever it is- but if you can speak to your mother about it, I would try.

Members of Congress have frequently proposed a constitutional amendment to make flag burning a crime because ______.
larisa [96]

Answer:

The only way to overturn the Supreme Court's ruling that flag burning is protected speech is through a constitutional amendment.

Explanation:

Flag Desecration Amendment was brought proposed in June 27, 2006 but it failed. It is a proposed law to amend the Bill of Rights that would allow the U.S congress to prohibit dishonouring of the of the flag of the US and punish those who are  involved in any such act.

The debate over  protecting it as a national symbol and considering its physical desecration as the freedom of speech is still going on. If the amendment gets ratified it would prohibit all forms o flag dishonouring.

The supreme court has ruled in several cases that due to the First Amendment of the US constitution flag desecration cannot be prohibited by federal, municipal or state government.

How can the economic choices that governments make affect you?
ArbitrLikvidat [17]

Answer:

Economic itself deals with money, if there is some kind of new economic law it will affect us consumers because if we refer to the factors of production table, we can see that the producers rely on business firms and business firms rely on consumers for money. Furthermore looking into the current situation, most consumers are jobless leading the government to support them, and which leads to economic growth going further down( no money is coming in, it's just getting out) so this money is not replaced there for a country won't be able to sustain itself affecting us, consumers directly
