The right option is; D. Stop using tobacco products

Atherosclerosis is the accumulation of fats, cholesterol and other substances (plaques) which cause the clogging or hardening of blood vessels (arteries) hence, restricting blood flow. Atherosclerosis begins when the endothelium (cells within the arteries that regulate blood flow) is damaged which result in the formation of plaque. This is mainly caused by smoking, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. One key way to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis is to stop using tobacco products (smoking).
