Answer:
If you were in a situation where in which you met someone who became very close friends with you, or started dating you. They slowly isolated you from your family and friends. They would make offhand comments about a friend of yours, or mention something a sibling did. They would make you feel like you could trust them and only them. But then they would do things that you question and ask them about. That's when the manipulation starts even worse. Gaslighting and lying, leaving you after every conversation feeling like the bad guy. They get you to do what they want and you're unhappy, and you don't even realize there's something wrong with the relationship as it slowly eats away at your self esteem.
Explanation:
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I've done quite a bit of research on manipulative abusive relationships because I never want to be in one or for my friends to be in one. If anyone thinks I mixed something up or gotten something wrong I'll be happy to fix it!
Answer: I hope this helps. I will pray for you
2 Timothy 1:7," For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.
Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
“But you, take courage! Do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded.”
The LORD is my light and my salvation-- whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life-- of whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.
I don't know if you're religious but God is always with you to keep you strong and faithful even when you feel scared.

Bacteria lives on the outside of foods, especially raw meats. When you cook a steak, you kill the outside bacteria making it safe to eat the pink insides since it won't be exposed to any bacteria. Hamburgers however are made of ground meat which, since it's ground, has been exposed to more bacteria. The meat is packed in a hamburger patty, but the inside has still been exposed to bacteria. You fully cook hamburgers to kill any lingering bacteria inside and out of the patty.
