I think it would be to do your daily <span> exercise routine is better cause sitting i frount food a screen all day long it bad for you and u know there r going to be junk food there for snacks </span>

Well, honestly I'd be comfortable with the movie marathon, or keeping with the exercise routine. Usually having it a continuous and consistent is way healthier for you. However if you've maintain a consistent and continuous routine, there is no harm with taking time develop your social health, it isn't as if you'd atrophy from it.
