Based on the situation, it's not to be considered as a good law. It is because it is unlikely and there is a small chance of a person who performs a CPR to another person who needs it to determine whether the person has AIDS or infectious because the situation is something to be acted quickly because the patient may die.

Opposing views on the right to privacy was the idea that ultimately played a major role the Supreme Courts decision to legalize
ohaa [14]

Answer:

This statement is True.  Opposing views on the right to privacy played a major role the Supreme Courts decision to legalize abortion.

Explanation:

Roe v. Wade (1973) is a Supreme Court case ruling that transformed American attitudes towards privacy.  The debate about abortion rights that is represented in this case brought the idea of our American right to privacy into the mainstream.  The ruling was passed with a margin of 7-2 and was largely based on the process clause contained in the Fourteenth Amendment: “…nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” It was thus that the Supreme Court ruled that criminalizing abortion violated a woman’s constitutional right to privacy.

Melanie, who is 18 years old, continued drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes during her pregnancy. when she gave birth at 34
nekit [7.7K]

The answer is Cerebral Palsy.

Cerebral palsy is caused by abnormal development of the brain or damage to the developing brain that affects a child’s ability to control his or her muscles.

Certain research suggests that smoking during pregnancy may increase the risk of cerebral palsy in offspring. Other research also suggests that heavy maternal alcohol consumption is a direct cause of pre/perinatally acquired cerebral palsy.
